The Board decided to change from the previous format of a Soup and Sandwich potluck to a Light Lunch Potluck on the second Sunday of each month . Think about a dish to bring this Sunday that inspires thoughts of the merry month of March, St. Patrick's Day, winter turning to spring, and all the crazy weather that this time of year brings. ~~As you probably noticed in the March newsletter that just came out, we are requesting ideas and color schemes for redecorating the main floor meeting area, especially fresh paint, new fabric upholstery for the chairs, window treatments, et al. Please bring paint chips, fabric swatches, and ideas this week and next to allow time to compare them. Wanda will act as the tie breaker/arbiter when she is here the weekend of March 14-15-16-17. We will ask for volunteers to help with the actual project after ideas have been finalized. ~~The Montana Area UUA's spring retreat and meeting is at Boulder Hot Springs the weekend of April 5 and 6. It promises to be a fun session with highlights being a music workshop on "Sing-ability" lead by the Bozeman choir director/guitarist, the Sunday service presented by the Bozeman minister, Rev. Lois Van Leer, good food and 3 hot springs pools besides. BHS wants us to call them directly for reservations at 406-225-4339. If you would like to become a member of the Fellowship, please talk to Bonna or another member of the Board: Mary Nordhagen, Marleen Ochs, Melissa Steinike, Margery Palmer, or Dove Flanery. New members have voting rights 30 days after becoming a member. Our annual meeting will be held May 18, during which we may vote on whether to approve renewal of Wanda' contract for 2008-2009 in addition to election of officers and the 2008-2009 budget. ~~The first discussion of *"Living Buddha, Living Christ"* by Thich Nhat Hahn was so interesting, that we only covered the first chapter. As a result, at least one more* *discussion* *session lead by Wanda Daniel will be held Saturday, March 15, when Wanda is with us again. If you are interested in taking part, you are welcome to join the second session even if you didn't go to the first one. ~~The *Eclectic Readers book club's *March selection is *The Secret River*by Kate Grenville . Discussion will be at 7:00 pm, March 20th at the home of Ellen Strommen. April's selection is *People of the Book* by Geraldine Brooks.
